Position Summary

We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our Robotics team located in our Athens office. This is a Group role working closely with several departments, such as Finance and Operations. The objective is to automate repetitive complex processes where there is a business benefit in it, while sharing knowledge and supporting other team members, using RPA Technology and more specifically Blue Prism.

Responsibilities

• Understand existing business processes and effectively translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Develop and deploy automated processes in Blue Prism, using standard design principles and best practices that are maintainable, reusable, scalable, and easy to understand
• Create and update documentation for all the phases of an RPA Process
• Maintain and support existing processes and solve issues in a timely manner
• Implement change requests to existing processes when required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS or a similar Analytical field
• Solid understanding of automation concepts, working experience will be considered an asset
• Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) or certification as a RPA developer will be considered an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A self starter, team player, willing to learn and take initiative
• A proactive and creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (preferably SQL, JavaScript, C# .NET) or basic programming concepts will be considered a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Jira is highly desirable
• Availability to travel on an occasional basis, depending on the position’s needs
